How to meditate. This is my way.

It's a super fine Sunday!

I love to meditate.
My way is easy.
Close my eyes.
Just say in mind,
I mean, no sound.
Just say,
"Kunbahaka, Kunbahaka"
Continuing about 20 minutes.
Open my eyes.
It will be clearer than before.
Try it!
